Georgia Length Limits (Bass)

Creel Limit for Bass is.............10 (Largemouth, Redeye (Coosa), Shoal, Smallmouth, Spotted (Kentucky) and/or Suwanee bass
 
Largemouth bass 12" state wide except :
Lake Blackshear- 14 inches
Lake Blue Ridge- no minimum
Lake Burton- no minimum
Lake Juliette- no minimum
Lake Lanier- 14 inches
Lake Oconee- bass between 11 and 14 inches must be released immediately. All others may be kept.
Lake Walter F. George- 14 inches
West Point Res.- 16 inches
PFA lakes operated by the DNR- 14 inches. This limit will not apply to lakes which have been posted as having a different length limit for largemouth bass.
 
Shoal Bass:
Lake Lanier- 14 inches
Flint River and it's tributaries- 12 inches
 
Spotted Bass:
Lake Lanier-14 inches
